The Executive Director of the Sierra Leone Road Safety Authority, SLRSA, Reverend Smart K. Senesie has called on Road Safety Corps to exhibit high level professionalism and integrity in their daily interactions with members of the public.

The Executive Director made  these remarks while he was addressing the Road Safety Corps during a special muster parade organised by the Director of Safety and Enforcement Augustin Kaitongi at the Authority’s headquarters at Kissy Road.

Reverend Senesie encouraged the men and women in the Road Safety Corps to strongly positioned themselves in order to transform the Authority to a professional and respectful organisation.

The Executive Director disclosed that he took the administration of the Authority at a time when there was a drop in revenue due to fraud by some staff members.He, however, disclosed that following the discovery of the fraud,a committee was swiftly set up to investigate the allegations and that a report had been submitted.

The Executive Director intimated that management has commenced  implementation of the recommendations of the Committee and assured that       he was committed to  improving the welfare of personnel, but appealed to all staff to work assiduously toward improving revenue generation in the Authority

He exhibited the new vehicle licence plates which would soon be in circulation.

The Road Safety Corps were very pleased with the statement of the executive director and prayed for divine direction of his leadership.
